Trisha and Ian are simply exceptional. They have been taking care of our family’s health insurance for over three years now, and I honestly could not recommend them enough. What makes them truly different is that their service goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an insurance broker. They do not simply help you choose a policy and disappear until renewal. They are there for us throughout the entire year. They know our family, our children, our history and our needs. Whenever we have a request with an insurance company, a hospital, an approval or a reimbursement, they are there to help. If they need to speak directly with the hospital or the insurer, they do it. They advise us, explain our options, find the best solutions and are always completely transparent. After more than three years, I can genuinely say that this is the best service I have ever experienced when it comes to insurance.
